📦 Order Status & Tracking
Q: When will my order be ready or shipped?
Custom and embroidered orders are prepared and sent to production promptly. For custom orders, you will receive a digital proof by email within 1–3 business days to approve before production begins. After approval, your order ships as quickly as possible. For order-specific timing, please reply to your order confirmation email with your order number.
Q: I ordered a customized item — when will I receive a proof/picture before it is made?
After placing a custom order you will receive a digital proof (sketch/picture) by email so you can approve the design or request changes before we begin production. Your order will not go into final
production until you approve the proof.
Q: I placed my order awhile ago and haven't received any updates — what is the status?
We are sorry for the delay in your order. We will look into it right away and get
back to you. Please reach out to web@malchutfinejudaica.com for assistance.
Q: I did not receive my order at all.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, please contact us immediately with your order number and details so we can assist you promptly.
Q: Can I change or modify my order after placing it(e.g. size, color)?
Yes, in most cases we can accommodate changes. Please reach out as soon as possible with your order number and the change needed, before the order goes into production.
Q: My package is stuck at a UPS pickup center — what should I do?
Please contact UPS directly with your tracking number to arrange redelivery or schedule a pickup at the UPS facility. If you need further assistance coordinating with the carrier, please reply with your order number and tracking information.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address. Please note, all taxes, duties and fees are the customers responsibility.
Q: Do you ship to Australia?
Yes, we do ship to Australia. Please contact us for international shipping rates. Please note, all taxes, duties and fees are the customers responsibility.
Q: Do you ship to Israel?
Yes, we ship to Israel. We can ship worldwide with UPS. Please note, all taxes, duties and fees are the customers responsibility.
Q: Do you ship to Europe (e.g. France)?
Yes, we ship internationally including to France and other European countries via UPS. Please note, all taxes, duties and fees are the customers responsibility.
Q: How many days is shipping to Tri-State area (e.g. Monsey, Lakewood, Brooklyn)?
Ground/economy UPS shipping to local NY/NJ areas typically takes 1–3 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. You are also welcome to pick up your order at our NY Locations.
Q: Can I pick up my order at your store?
Yes! You can pick up your order at amy of our 4 locations. Please bring your order confirmation with you.
Q: Can I have someone else pick up my order / arrange a private courier?
Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to arrange a private pickup through a third-party courier or send someone on your behalf to
collect the order from any of our four store locations.
Q: How does a Pesach set ship? In a bag or in a box?
Our Pesach sets typically ship in a box. We do have gift bags available if you would like one, but for the best presentation we recommend picking up your order at one of our store locations.
